Terri Crawford, MS, LMFT

CEO and Clinician

Terri is our CEO and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She has over 25 years of therapeutic and management experience, including 20 years specifically working with children and families. She specializes in the treatment of trauma in people of all ages, but is specifically known for her work with children under 5. Although most of her experience is in community mental health, she worked for 4 years on military bases around the country with our men and women in uniform, earning her commendations from both the Army and the Air Force.

In her practice, Terri predominantly works with children, couples, and families. She is specifically trained in family systems and is well equipped to help with whatever issues may arise. She is also trained in the use of EMDR therapy. Terri is available for appointments in the office or via the internet.

Jeremy J. Darling, LMHC

Clinician

Jeremy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 8 years of experience in the field. He became a Florida resident in 2017 and previously worked in central Massachusetts. He has specific training, education, and experience with the following modalities of therapy: Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Harm Reduction for Addiction, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Rogerian Therapy. He is specifically sensitive to the following populations: veterans, transgender/non-binary, same-sex couples, and questioning individuals.

Jeremy primarily works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and focuses on developing a goal-orientated treatment that is tailor made to the client using a person-centered approach. He is available during standard business hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and will make extended hour appointments when able and required by the client’s own work schedule.

David Kranson, MA, CAP, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Clinician

David has over 10 years experience working in mental health. He holds a master’s degree in Substance Abuse Counseling and is a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP). Additionally, he has completed the extra graduate coursework for his Mental Health Counselor License and is currently finishing his required hours.

David specializes in addiction, anger management, anxiety, and depression. He takes a pragmatic approach and will work with you to create a plan to meet your goals. He has a flexible schedule and is available nights and weekends for visits in the office or via the internet.

Denise Sanfilippo, LCSW

Clinician

Denise is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years in the field of mental health and substance abuse treatment. Specializing in trauma-informed care, she has extensive training and experience in Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RODBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy.

Denise primarily works with adults, adolescents, and children who have experienced traumatic events including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse as well as those with PTSD and complicated grief. Her sensitive nature puts her clients at ease. She is available afternoons Monday – Thursday and Saturday mornings in the office or via the internet.
